Who are we?
ANUTEA Corp is a Colombian company authorized for the cultivation of medicinal cannabis, with experience in agronomy in tropical climates. Its main focus is the production of medicinal cannabis using sustainable practices and quality standards.

ANUTEA is aware that the human community is an essential part of its structure and focuses on hiring people from local rural areas, thus helping single mothers, farmers with extensive experience in their work, and young people from local families. We strive to provide them with a good work environment and flexibility to care for their loved ones. We have natural spaces designed to provide tranquility and positive energy in their daily tasks.
Environmental Responsibility
ANUTEA, aware of the need to conserve its forests, has invested in protecting the environment surrounding our cultivation. Colombia is a country with great biodiversity of fauna and flora, but it is constantly threatened by industrialization and deforestation. Every day, thousands of trees, plants, bird species, insects, and rodents perish due to human negligence, failing to recognize the immense contribution of these small inhabitants to environmental harmony and balance. That is why ANUTEA has designated exclusive areas for native forest conservation and allocated resources to protect local bird and bee species.
Exportation of Medicinal Cannabis in Colombia
Colombia has a legal framework that allows the production and export of medicinal cannabis under strict regulations.
Law 1787 of 2016: Authorizes the cultivation, production, and export of cannabis derivatives with licenses from the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health.
Decree 811 of 2021: Expands export opportunities, including dry flowers, to strengthen the industry.
Resolution 227 of 2022: Regulates the requirements for the export of cannabis seeds and derivatives.
